HYPERDRIVE has the following funding structure:

• Initial funding of $40,000 for 6.4% equity and an optional $15,000 loan
• After successful completion of the 3 month sprint, companies have the opportunity to be eligible for a $150,000 convertible note
• $500,000 from a leading Canadian VC is potentially available if a HYPERDRIVE company meets the VC's criteria and investment philosophy.
• Companies have continuous exposure to Canadian and US investors throughout the program.
